Coming this fall, for the first time in Greek, Alpha Square is producing Aaron Sorkin’s drama hit “A Few Good Men”.
The play was a huge hit on Broadway which then led to the play being turned into a movie with Tome Cruise, Jack Nicholson and Demi Moore.
Described by the New York Daily News as “Enormously entertaining” and “Plenty of wise cracking humor and suspense” by Time Magazine, the play is about the trial of two Marines for complicity in the death of a fellow Marine at Guantanamo Bay. The Navy lawyer, a callow young man more interested in softball games than the case, expects a plea bargain and a cover up of what really happened. Prodded by a female member of his defense team, the lawyer eventually makes a valiant effort to defend his clients and, in doing so, puts the military mentality and the Marine Code of honor on trial ( taken from Samuel French Inc. publication).

*Reviews*
(“Barnabas Kyriazis, Andreas Tselepos, Herodotos Miltiadouss, Christina Marouchou conquered a large and difficult text, presented the evolution or revelation of the character they embody, made spectacular acting duels among themselves and with their colleagues.”)

(“[Andreas Araouzos] was justified by an artistic result of such a high quality for the Cypriot standards that in the end you had the feeling that he almost… over did it. (…) he could not have carried out this production if he did not secure a brilliant cast, that devoted spirit and body in his vision. The actors were chosen one by one. “)
